Erin S. Erenberg

Erin S. Erenberg is a mom of three, attorney, serial business builder, fund advisor and the founder and CEO of Totum, a community-powered platform for working mothers. Erin has joined Belzer PC to assist clients with trademark, copyright, trade secret, confidentiality and other intellectual property matters as well as commercial agreements and transactions.

Ms. Erenberg understands the needs of founders and executive teams intimately as she has been a startup and corporate executive as long as she’s been an attorney.  Her experience spans intellectual property transactions and litigation for Moore & VanAllen, general intellectual property, licensing, music, digital and performance rights for SESAC, business affairs and executive leadership for social impact-driven tech firms Indiegogo and Omaze, working as Executive Director of ACM Lifting Lives and as an agent for WME, and championing startup founders to establish and protect their businesses.  Ms. Erenberg particularly enjoys helping clients understand and protect their rights through the intellectual property regime and assisting with foundational agreements that help companies communicate their rights and intentions to key stakeholders. She is also passionate about helping working parents thrive at work and at home.

Ms. Erenberg completed her undergraduate degree at Duke University and went to Case Western Reserve School of Law, where she was a Copyright Fellow and edited and was published in the Health Law journal.  After a decade in Los Angeles, where she met her husband Victor, Ms. Erenberg has returned to Hilton Head, South Carolina, where she grew up vacationing and where her parents are semi-retired.  Ms. Erenberg is licensed in North Carolina and is a member of The Board
